Having worked with Kroll previously, it was the natural choice for us to approach the experts we already trusted right from the start. Having built the business up from small beginnings, we naturally wanted the best for all stakeholders and Kroll worked with us very closely throughout the entire sale process. The scope of service was designed to meet the needs of both buyer and seller and the team was always flexible in their approach even outside of scope. I was particularly impressed at the relationship built by Kroll with the buyer which was instrumental in overcoming hurdles in the transaction process. The most important thing in any M&A transaction is to have advisors you can trust. Kroll have a ‘can-do’ attitude and were fundamental in adding tangible value to equity. I cannot recommend the team highly enough and look forward to working with them again.
