Managing Director

Stuart Finch is a managing director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in the London office. Stuart has over 10 years of experience across a range of deals, advising both private equity and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side due diligence for transactions. He also has experience preparing Class 1 transaction documents and advising clients during preparation for sale, refinancing and mid-cycle review processes.

Stuart has experience advising on deals both in the UK and internationally, including deals completed during a two-year secondment in Hong Kong. His experience extends to working within management teams during a deal process. He has also completed secondments to private equity clients where his role included preparing portfolio companies for sale, operating reviews and management of portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Kroll, Stuart was part of the Transaction Advisory Services practice at PwC. He has experience across a wide range of sectors including: consumer goods, retail, airlines, travel and leisure (including multi-site entertainment and accommodation), manufacturing and technology, logistics, business services, telecoms, education and training, and trust and fiduciary services.

Stuart holds a First-Class honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
