Wing leverages more than nine years of experience in international tax advisory and business structuring both as an external advisor and in-house tax specialist. He has advised on a range of international tax issues, with focus on commercial aspects, including M&A deal advisory and structuring, tax due diligence, corporate restructuring and debt rationalization.
Prior to joining Kroll, Wing was a tax manager at TP ICAP Plc, advising on front office, due diligence and tax restructuring projects, including the merger and integration of the $1.6 billion voice broking businesses. Before that, he worked for Deloitte LLP in their International Markets tax practice in London.
Wing holds a bachelors degree in economics from the University of Nottingham. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
