Sam Wright

Managing Director

Sam Wright is a managing director in Kroll Transaction Advisory Services group with expertise in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence. Based in New York, he has more than 20 years of transaction advisory experience.

Sam has performed numerous engagements in both domestic and international markets, leading financial accounting due diligence projects across several industries, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, retail, distribution, consumer and business services. In addition to his significant middle-market experience, Sam has also worked on cross-border transactions valued at more than $2 billion. 

Prior to joining Kroll, Sam was the co-leader of CBIZ MHM’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he led business development and helped significantly grow the revenue. Prior to this, Sam spent nearly 10 years working at the Big Four, including PwC and Ernst & Young.

Sam earned a B.S. magna cum laude, in accounting from Bucknell University and an MBA from New York University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
