Liya Vanyan

Liya Vanyan is a Director in Kroll’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in Los Angeles. With over a decade of experience, she partners closely with private equity firms and corporate acquirers to deliver actionable, investment-focused financial due diligence across the transaction lifecycle.
