Evren Dinc

Evren Dinc is Director in Transaction Structuring and Accounting practice, based in New York. He leverages over 13 years of experience providing audit and advisory services across a variety of industries to support a range of clients from start-up phase to Fortune 100.

Evren has extensive experience under both the U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He has advised clients on topics including complex debt and equity transactions, share-based compensation, implementation of the new revenue recognition (ASC 606) and lease (ASC 842) standards, financial reporting, internal controls and risk management, IPO readiness and earning per-share.

Prior to joining Kroll, Evren worked at RSM US LLP, providing technical accounting consulting services to middle-market companies. Prior to this, Evren was a manager at Deloitte’s audit practice.

Evren holds an MBA in accounting and master’s in taxation from St. John’s University. He is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
