Garry Crossley Appointed to Lead Asia Pacific Delay Practice
Singapore - Kroll, the leading independent provider of global risk and financial advisory solutions, today announced the appointment of Garry Crossley as Managing Director of Expert Services to lead Asia Pacific Delay practice.

Crossley is a testifying delay expert, with over 35 years’ experience advising clients internationally on project and program delivery in engineering, utilities, oil & gas, transportation, building and construction, infrastructure, petrochemicals and aerospace sectors in Asia, the Middle East, Eastern and Western Europe and Africa. Crossley brings extensive experience in project and program delivery, contract strategy and due diligence. He has a proven track record of assisting international clients with end-to-end complex project management, as well as with analysis of claims related to project delay, disruption and acceleration.
Crossley has been responsible for numerous international disputes and claim appointments on major engineering and construction projects. He has acted as an expert adviser and an expert witness in all phases of arbitration and litigation process and has also given evidence at international hearings on numerous occasions.
