Managing Director

Garry Crossley is a Managing Director in the Expert Services practice, based in Singapore.

Garry leverages more than 35 years of experience in engineering, utilities, oil and gas, transportation, building and construction, infrastructure, petrochemicals and aerospace sectors throughout Asia, the Middle East, Eastern and Western Europe, and Africa.

Garry advises clients internationally on project and programme delivery, strategic issues, contractual risks, contract strategy and due diligence. His experience on international projects includes assisting contractors and employers with the effective planning and management of complex projects throughout the design, engineering and construction phases. Garry also has extensive experience in the preparation and review of delay claims, evaluation of project progress, programmes and other documents for determination of project delays, disruption and acceleration, including the analysis and development of original as-planned programmes, developing and reviewing as-built programmes and determining causes of delay and effects of delay.

Garry has managed numerous international dispute and claim appointments on major engineering and construction projects, acting as Expert Advisor and Expert Witness in all phases of the arbitration and litigation process, including preparation and exchange of reports, and he has also given evidence, including witness conferencing, in over 30 international hearings.

Garry holds a B.Sc. in quantity surveying, a Bachelor of Laws with Honors and a Master of Business Administration in construction and real estate from the University of Westminster. He also holds a RICS Diploma in Project Management. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and also of the Academy of Experts.
