On December 19, 2024, Rcapital Limited (“Rcapital”), a UK-based investment firm, completed the sale of its portfolio company, Trac Holdings Limited (“Trac Precision Solutions”), a provider of precision engineered components to the Aerospace, Defence, and Power Generation sectors, to PTC Industries Limited (“PTC”), an India-listed manufacturer of advanced metal components and systems for critical applications.
