In March 2021, ETAK Systems LLC (“ETAK” or the "Company"), a portfolio company of Mosaic Capital Partners (“Mosaic”), was acquired by ADB Companies, LLC (“ADB”).

Duff & Phelps served as the exclusive financial advisor to ETAK in connection with the transaction.

Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, ETAK Systems provide a full range of scheduled maintenance and ground installation services for wireless carriers and tower owners. The Company utilizes a variety of highly technical capabilities and a unique, suite of proprietary drone audit and technology-enabled inspection services, specifically designed to reduce tower climbs and lower inspection costs. Moore & Van Allen served as legal counsel to ETAK.
