On October 5, 2020, Atar Capital, a global private investment firm, announced that its portfolio company, Pathways Health and Community Support, LLC, one of the largest providers of behavioral and mental health services in the U.S., acquired three Community Intervention Services, Inc. subsidiaries: (i) Access Family Services, Inc.; (ii) Family Behavioral Resources, Inc.; and (iii) Autism Education and Research Institute, Inc.
