Vijay has significant expertise in advising company directors, lenders and other stakeholders when a business is facing financial distress and cash flow challenges. He provides solutions and implementation strategies which include mechanisms to stabilize short term cash flow, seeking alternate finance, fundraising or equity investment, stakeholder management as well as sale and divestment opportunities. Vijay also has experience in completing options reviews, independent business reviews and pre-lend and viability reviews on behalf of lenders and investors.
Prior to joining Kroll, he worked in the Restructuring team at KPMG. This included a 12-month secondment to the business support team of a high street clearing bank, where he assisted in improving the financial position of distressed customers while stabilizing the bank’s credit exposure.
Vijay has a degree in economics and business finance from Brunel University and is a qualified chartered accountant.
