Seiya's engagement highlights include performing valuations across a wide range of industries including industrial products, consumer products, information technology services, financial services and retail; providing advisory and valuation services to assist clients in various transactions; and conducting valuations of intangible assets (e.g., customer relationships, trade names and contract rights) for financial reporting purposes.
Seiya joined Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps) from MISUZU Financial Advisors, formerly part of the PricewaterhouseCoopers network of companies, where he was in the Corporate Finance Advisory business unit since 2005. Prior to this, Seiya worked for the Industrial Research Division of Teikoku Databank in Tokyo, where he provided industrial research, marketing research, business and financial analysis and data mining analysis services. Seiya also worked for the valuation and modeling services at Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory.
Seiya studied Western History and Literature at Waseda University in Tokyo and received his MA in History from Saitama University in Saitama.
