Scott has more than 18 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business unit development, project and product management, and professional development of client service teams.
In his current role, Scott works closely with the executive team to develop and implement initiatives designed to grow the settlement administration practice and enhance our service offerings. He is responsible for managing the client service teams overseeing complex, class action and government administration programs. He works with our business development teams to ensure projects are staffed appropriately given the size, complexity and level of expertise needed. He actively provides support and guidance on escalated issues when appropriate and engages directly with clients to ensure a seamless administration. Scott is also responsible for staffing within our client services group, evaluating our processes to make them more efficient and scalable, and analyzing and enhancing our internal structure and processes within client services and throughout the organization.
Before joining Kroll, Scott worked for Rust Consulting, a claims administration company, as a client services director. His work included managing and overseeing of successful project execution functions for class action and mass tort, fostering a positive team culture with accountability and a focus on employee development, maximizing staff utilization and productivity, and handling overall responsibility for client service productivity.
Prior to working in the class action industry, Scott worked in the retirement industry as a plan administration manager for RSM McGladrey Retirement Resources and as a specialist/account manager for Minnesota Life (n/k/a Securian Financial).
