Previously, Paul served as Kroll’s Head of Corporate Social Responsibility, holding global responsibilities in connection with Kroll’s strategy and execution related to environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives; philanthropy through the Kroll Charitable Foundation and Kroll’s Kroll Cares program; and local engagement in collaboration with Kroll’s City Leaders.
Prior to his role in Corporate Social Responsibility, Paul served as a director and the Chief of Staff within Kroll’s Transfer Pricing practice. In his time with the Transfer Pricing practice, Paul gained experience in advising clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups on a variety of transfer pricing, economic and valuation issues. Paul also maintained operational responsibilities related to performance management, recruiting, staffing, budgeting and forecasting and strategic planning.
Paul is a member of the National Association for Business Economics (NABE), and he has published articles in academic and trade journals, such as Bloomberg BNA Transfer Pricing Report. He also has extensive lecturing experience at universities, and he has participated as a speaker at external events sponsored by professional associations.
Paul holds a BBA with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, and an MBA (with Distinction) from Cornell University’s SC Johnson School of Management.
