Nick Konstantinou

Managing Director

Nick Konstantinou is a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking practice, based in Chicago. Nick has more than 25 years of healthcare investment banking experience, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, financings and strategic matters.

Nick has deep domain expertise and an established track record in provider services, home and community-based care, and medical products and supplies. He has completed transactions on behalf of clients in areas such as home health, specialized pharmacy and infusion services, specialty physician practices, behavioral health, outsourcing and distribution.

Prior to joining Kroll, Nick spent more than 11 years at Lincoln International in Chicago, and he was previously a healthcare investment banker at BB&T, Keybanc and Raymond James. He started his career in operations at Cordis J&J, a manufacturer of cardiovascular medical devices.

Nick holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from Florida International University.
