Michael Weber

Managing Director

Michael Weber is a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking practice based in Chicago. Michael has 35 years of health care investment banking experience, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and industry and strategic matters.

Prior to joining Kroll, Michael spent more than 11 years with the health care group at Lincoln International, and he was a Health Care Investment Banker at BB&T and Ewing Bemiss in the previous 12 years. Other prior firms where he worked include Prudential Securities and First Union Securities (both as Senior Health Care Research Analyst) and Lehman Brothers.

Michael has deep domain expertise and an established track record in two core industries: one being home and community based health care provider services and the other being medical product and supplies manufacturers and distributors. He has completed transactions on behalf of clients in such provider and/or supplier areas as home health; home and community-based care; pediatric home health and therapy; specialty pharmacy and infusion services; complex rehab, home respiratory/home medical equipment; home medical supplies; and rehab and orthopedic products.

Michael holds an M.A. from the University of Virginia and a B.A., Summa Cum Laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles.
