Michael leverages more than 30 years of digital forensic and incident response experience. He leads Kroll’s recovery services to provide clients support in incident remediation and restoration.
Prior to joining Kroll, Michael served as a computer scientist with the FBI. In this role, he led the FBI Computer Scientist Program on a national and global level. He also oversaw expert technical staff as part of the FBI Strategic Technologies Solutions group, supporting enterprise security and cyber investigations. Before that, he was an intelligence analyst with the FBI, working on cyber and counterintelligence, performing strategic threat analysis.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in computer and business information systems from the University of Phoenix. He also holds a Masters in Computer Information Systems Security from Boston University. Additionally, Michael has attained the following certifications: GIAC Information Security Professional (GISP), GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) and GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE).
