At Kroll, Lisa is responsible for various restructuring and advisory assignments, including independent business reviews, pre-lend reviews and forecast modeling across a variety of industries. Along with maintaining relationships with key clients, Lisa supports the senior management team with the day-to-day running of the UK Restructuring team, including preparing the monthly management information packs, budgeting and reporting to the U.S. head office and supporting business change initiatives such as the performance management program. She is also responsible for resourcing, training and mentoring of the Manchester Advisory team, coordinating the team to ensure the efficient delivery of engagements and supporting the team to ensure that the team is sufficiently skilled to deliver on a range of assignments.
Prior to Kroll, Lisa worked as a Corporate Finance Associate for Together Financial Services Limited and as a Revenue Assurance Financial Analyst for BT Group Plc. She started her career with EY as a Financial Services Audit Associate.
Lisa graduated with a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Manchester, and she is a Qualified Chartered Tax Advisor (CIOT) and Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAS).
