Jacqui leads Asia, Caribbean and Africa operations, strategic planning and corporate development, including business development and commercial operations. Jacqui leverages more than 20 years of experience working in professional services firms. She has held leadership and management roles and serviced clients in accounting and advisory roles in Asia, Australia, the UK and Europe, the U.S. and India.
Prior to joining Kroll, Jacqui was Director of Operations and Projects for IPH (ASX:IPH), Asia Pacific’s leading intellectual property group. She was previously with PwC for nearly 18 years, where she held a range of leadership and management roles, including COO of the Australian Audit business and Global Agility Leader based in New York. Jacqui was also instrumental in establishing the PwC offshore centers for the global Assurance business.
Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and business law and taxation from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). She has a post-graduate certificate in change management (Australian Graduate School of Management MBA) from UNSW, and she is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors program. Jacqui is also certified as a Scrum Master and Global Professional in Human Resources. She has completed her Certificate of Public Practice with the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and also graduated as a Chartered Accountant in 2003. Jacqui is a member of the UNSW Business School Alumni Advisory Board and ANZA Singapore Nippers Committee. She previously volunteered as a non-executive director on the global board for the Change Management Institute.
