Isabel has successfully executed transactions with over $1B in aggregate enterprise value representing both closely held and sponsor-owned businesses.

Isabel’s recent transaction experience includes the sale of a manufacturer and designer of luxury windows and doors to a public company Masonite International Corporation; sale of a leading manufacturer of rubber sealing solutions for water and wastewater applications to Industrial Growth Partners; a manufacturer and distributor of drywall, stucco and roofing accessories to USG Corporation; sale of a premier active lifestyle brand to Pocket Outdoor Media, Inc. (rebranded as Outside); sale of a manufacturer of wireless connectivity products for hard-to-network applications, to Cisco Systems, Inc.; and debt capital raise for a provider of residential HVAC replacement and repair services through Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Isabel received a B.S. in Accountancy and Finance from DePaul University. She is a FINRA Series 7, 79 and 63 registered representative. Isabel serves as the President of DePaul’s Keeley Center Alumni Board and is a Member of the ACG Chicago NextGen Committee.
