Howard started his legal career at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and after Weil, he worked at Mayer Brown and O’Melveny & Myers, continuing his focus on corporate finance and restructuring. During his legal career, Howard worked on dozens of large restructurings, including Eastern Airlines, Inc. and R.H. Macy & Co.
From 2004 to 2013, Howard worked at KCC, a claims and noticing agent, as Director of Corporate Restructuring Services.
Howard graduated from Vassar College and holds a J.D. from New York Law School.
