Farzad has extensive experience in executing mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions for middle market companies. He is responsible for project management and execution of a broad range of investment banking engagements, including sell-side and buy-side transactions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, recapitalizations, debt and equity financings, strategic alternative reviews and fairness, solvency and valuation opinions.
Farzad has been recognized as a Banking and Finance Visionary by the Los Angeles Times on multiple occasions.
Farzad received his B.S. in Management Science with highest distinction from the University of California, San Diego. Farzad is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
