During his time at Kroll, Eoin has led and managed regulatory implementation projects and due diligence reviews and provides regulatory compliance consulting services to MiFID firms domiciled in Ireland, Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMs) and UCITS Management Companies. He has also held a number of Pre-Approval Controlled Function (PCF) roles at the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI), including Head of Compliance, Designated Person for Regulatory Compliance, Fund Risk Management and Operational Risk Management on a seconded basis for CBI regulated firms.
Prior to joining Kroll, Eoin worked at KBC Bank Ireland where he was responsible for planning, executing and reporting elements of the annual compliance monitoring plan for the regulated banking entity. He also previously worked in the Regulation Department of Euronext Dublin, where he was responsible for monitoring issuers ongoing compliance with the exchange rule books and EU securities legislation.
Eoin holds a B.A. in Economics and History from Trinity College Dublin, an MA in International Relations from Dublin City University, a Professional Diploma in Compliance (LCI) from the Compliance Institute and the Investment Operations Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI). He is also currently a member of the The Compliance Institute Sustainability Working Group.
