David Blowers, Jr.

President, Strategy

David Blowers, Jr. is President of Strategy for Kroll and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. David is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm, M&A and corporate development activity, and innovative growth opportunities. David works across our entire portfolio of Financial and Risk businesses and serves as a key execution partner for value creation at Kroll.

Previously, David was Co-President of the Financial Advisory practice. In this role, he led our valuation and deal advisory businesses, leveraging experience in both investment banking and management consulting. David also served as a Managing Director of Kroll’s Corporate Finance practice where he drove group operations, growth strategy, financial analysis and projections for performance management, design and execution of strategic plans across service lines, and process improvements. David is based in Chicago.

David is a current board of trustee member of the Steppenwolf Theatre, supporting the development and production of world-class art and community impact in the city of Chicago.

David holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with concentrations in Managerial Leadership and Finance. He also holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Michigan.
