Connor has experience and expertise across a broad range of industries, including business services, consumer products and services, industrial, healthcare and technology.
He has led all aspects of the financial due diligence process, including analyzing quality of earnings, net working capital, preparing pro forma and carve-out financial statements, closing balance sheet, post-close net working capital true-up calculations and evaluating the quality of financial reporting infrastructure and recommending best practices.
Prior to joining Kroll, Connor spent six years with Deloitte & Touche LLP, providing audit and assurance services to several public and private companies, within the business services, consumer products, manufacturing, real estate and retail industries.
Connor received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accountancy from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. He is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Illinois.
