Ben, who has almost 15 years of industry experience, previously led client service for the Restructuring Administration team from its inception, developing a team of client-first, proactive problem solvers into the industry leader.
Before joining Kroll, Ben was an associate in the Restructuring Group at Kirkland & Ellis, where he represented debtors, creditors and distressed investors in complex Chapter 11 cases and in out-of-court restructurings, including Tronox Incorporated, Kerzner International, Neways International, Metaldyne Corporation and United Retail Group, Inc.
Before law school, Ben lived in Beijing, China for nearly three years, where he was a Fulbright Scholar, became fluent in Mandarin and worked in marketing and advertising.
Ben graduated from Dartmouth College and holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
