Annika has advised a wide range of lenders, from private, high-net worth individuals and family offices to major UK financial institutions working on portfolios with extensive asset management and disposal challenges across all sectors, lots sizes and asset classes. She has undertaken thousands of appointments, ranging from individual buy-to-let properties to multi-million-pound transactions of all asset classes, giving her a comprehensive breadth of experience and knowledge.
Prior to joining Kroll, Annika was partner and co-head of the Receivership team at a national property consultancy firm. In this role, Annika took appointments from and advised the majority of the main UK financial institutions, as well as peer-to-peer lenders and challengers banks. Annika also spent time in the Commercial and Residential Auctions teams and has a background in commercial valuation.
Annika received an MSc in real estate and finance from Reading University, a B.A. (Intl) in geography from the University of Leeds and a Hovedfag from Oslo University. She is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Additionally, Annika is a Fellow of Nara, the National Association for Property and Fixed Charge Receivers, an RICS Registered Receiver and a Fixed Charge Receivership Assessor for the RICS.
