In her current role, she is leading the SaaS product development of various professional services lines of business; she has been instrumental in driving the adoption of key AI and other innovative technologies to maintain the Firm’s competitive edge. Anju initiated utilization of Microsoft AI product suite including CoPilot & OpenAI to drive operational efficiencies.
Before becoming the Global Head of Product Development, Anju was the Chief Innovation Officer and Global Head of Engineering for Cyber Risk where she oversaw the design, development, and execution of all vital technology products and platforms for global Cyber Risk.
Anju holds several patents related to dark web technologies as well as search efficiencies for identifying whether private information has been exposed, with a focus on detecting exposure and threats that emanate from the deep and dark web. These innovations served Anju’s larger purpose: To assist security professionals and law enforcement officials in staying one step ahead of cyber criminals and protecting individuals whose lives would be impacted by sensitive information exposure on the dark web.
Anju’s experience extends across a broad range of enterprises in the public, private, government and law enforcement sectors. She is well-versed in a variety of regulatory regimes, including GDPR, PCI and HIPAA, and has developed and implemented software products for the Department of Defense, FBI, and other government agencies.
Prior to joining Kroll in 2017, Anju served as CTO & EVP of Technology for a venture-funded start-up, where she led all aspects of the technology and product organization, including innovation, development, security, and compliance. Earlier in her career, Anju held senior management positions with Tendril Consulting, Management Science Associates.
This technical expertise and business acumen have also contributed to her focus on promoting science and technology to the next generation of professional women.
