Adam is responsible for sourcing new loan and collateral administration mandates, escrow deposits and agency related mandates.
Adam has 20 years of experience in business development across three industries. He brings specific expertise working with law firms, originators, syndication trading desks, developers, sponsors, NBFIs and corporates. Adam began his career in the insurance industry as a licensed property and casualty broker focused on professional liability, errors and omissions, directors and officers and other corporate risk mitigation strategies specific to law firms and asset management firms.
He transitioned from insurance to fintech (Bloomberg L.P) where he learned C++ program and sold the Bloomberg Professional Enterprise to corporates, hedge funds, asset managers, pensions and other capital markets players. After helping over 75 new hedge funds launch with Bloomberg terminal and data enterprise solutions, Adam also held several positions in the Corporate Trust Division at Deutsche Bank Trust Company. His roles included Head of North American Onshore and Offshore SPV Administration Sales, Head of CRE/Real Estate Business Development and most notably Head of Project Finance for the Americas where he worked out of the Miami office at 600 Brickell.
His transition to Goldman Sachs afforded Adam the opportunity to help pioneer their cloud native transaction banking product and help grow their balance sheet to over $45billion from $6billion in less than two years. After building a strong institutional cash management and M&A escrow/exchange agent expertise at Goldman Sachs, Adam transitioned to Citibank where he was Head of Corporate Agency Transaction Management and Head of Corporate Agency Sales for nearly four years.
