Abe assists private equity companies, strategic buyers and private companies through all phases of the acquisition and divesture process, including initial deal analysis, financial and accounting due diligence, valuation, identification of synergies, and integration. His experience spans a wide range of industries including health care and manufacturing industries with enterprise values ranging from $5 million to over $1 billion. Abe has focused on private equity initiative efforts and has generated significant revenue growth.

Prior to joining Kroll, Abe’s experience included serving as a Partner at Noir Capital Partners. He has also worked as a Managing Director for Riveron Consulting and as a Director at a Big Four firm.
Abe holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Business Taxation (Corporate Taxation) from the University of Southern California – USC. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California.
